I am Jerry
Hey, Thank you for coming to my site and I hope this will not be the only time we connect. My name is Jerry Frawley and I am 43, Married with a cat and a dog. I have been a diabetic for over 5 years now, and being the person I am, I could not simply lay down and take it.
I am born and raised in CT, USA but have done a little living outside of CT in beautiful cities like Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC. CT has always found a way to bring me back and thank goodness because I met my wonderfully talented and beautiful wife here!
I have spent the last five years or so trying out every diet, doing every exercise, and drinking the weirdest shit trying to get rid or “control” my diabetes. Most of it did not work, some of it was plain silly, but after lots of trial and error, reading 100’s of books, and going through several nutrition certifications, I have developed a program that works. I already put myself through the ringer, so you can simply enjoy the fruits of my labor.
