My Story
I spent the first half of my life longing to feel less so that I could be more normal. After several years spent using drugs, alcohol and other out of body experiences to numb my intuition and my deeper connection with Source, I finally hit a rock bottom at 23. I now consider this experience a blessing, or what I call a “God-incidence”, a divine intervention from a higher power. It was a wake up call from my soul to stop wasting time and start doing my soul’s work.
Fast forward several years later of climbing the corporate ladder in the luxury fashion industry, pursuing my MBA, building a nonprofit to empower incarcerated women in reentry, and working myself to the point of burnout, all in attempts to ignore my spiritual work in this lifetime.
When I finally tuned in to my burnout, my shadow, my tricky avoidance tactics, I was able to fully step onto my spiritual path and begin my soul reclamation process. The road has not always been well-lit, linear or easy, but it has always been clear. It is crystal clear that my path, my purpose, my soul’s calling is to empower women, like you, to transform your life and live your unapologetic truth.

- 15 years in the luxury fashion industry.

Her powerful process was born out of her own rocky path to uncover her soul’s wisdom and strip away the layers of fear, anxiety and uncertainty that kept her disconnected. It is through her divine personal journey, beginning with a rock bottom and entering AA at age 23, that Bridget has rebuilt herself into the healer and guide that she is today. Presently, Bridget incorporates her energetic gifts, her Shamanic training and her pragmatic corporate experience to meet women where they are, helping them to remove blockages on their paths and elevate them to a higher, more connected reality.
Bridget blends her spirituality with her practical, rooted personality to empower women to tune in, reconnect their soul’s calling and step onto a path of service and sovereignty.
