Weekly Live Class
I'll be doing a live class once a week. Wednesdays at 6pm PST. You'll be able to ask questions and interact. Don't worry if you can't attend live, all classes will be taped so you can view any time. I'll will be teaching based on questions asked and what subjects people most want to learn. Topics mostly focus on nutrition, herbal medicine and aromatherapy.
Mindset
I'll be sharing stories of healing that we can all learn from. People who have defied the odds, transformed themselves and are an inspiration to us all. It starts with having the right thoughts and attitude, then our actions follow. Amazing transformation in your health and life is possible if you work on yourself. There are many tools that can help and we share them with you.
