What is Soul Reclamation

Soul Reclamation is a 3 month soul-expanding process to reclaim, reactive and embody your soul’s truth. We all hold an innate soul wisdom, but oftentimes life leads us astray, leaving us feeling depressed, disconnected, anxious and longing for more. This sacred and magical container will provide you with the space, the support, the understanding and the tools you need to fully channel your divinity from within.

Why 3 Months

Over the course of 3 months, we will dive deep into various modalities, including: intention setting, shamanic drum journeying, chakra healing, connecting with animal and spirit guides, cord cutting, personal channeled messages and much more.

The 3 month timeframe creates a sacred container for us to set our intention, clear out any blockages and enable our higher guidance to come through in its divine timing. You will emerge feeling calmer, joyful and clear on your divine purpose. The Soul Reclamation process will connect you to Source, enabling you to move forward with peace, confidence and knowing that you are on the right path and living your truth.

Step by Step Breakdown

Intention Setting

We will open our sacred container by setting an intention. We will tune into our vessels to become crystal clear on our soul’s desire and manifestations.

Sacred Drum Circles

Over the course of the 3 months, we will commune as a group for 6 Sacred Drum Circles. In each session, we will take a guided Shamanic drum journey to tap into our subconscious, connect with our truth and return to nature for true wisdom and answers from our guides.

Removing Blocks and Reprogramming

Throughout this course, we will undergo powerful meditations to work with our subconscious, identifying any mental or energetic blocks and reprogramming our thoughts.

Animal + Spirit Guides

We all have animal and spirit guides who are watching over us, eagerly waiting to be called on. As part of our sacred work, we will meet and work with our divine spirit guides and power animals. Once we meet our guides, they will become an integral part of our soul healing and evolution process.

1:1 Soul Coaching with Bridget

Personal soul coaching with Bridget will provide you with the opportunity to check in on your progress and receive soul coaching and guidance. You will have direct access to Bridget’s claircognizance, her intuitive gifts and her connection to source. Through Bridget’s channel, you will receive personal messages from your guides and energy healing to illuminate your chakras and luminous energy field.

Sacred Sisterhood

The Soul Reclamation is a personal evolution, yet it is most powerful when traveled alongside a divine feminine sisterhood. The powerful container of fellow seekers and soul sisters creates a safe, supported and loving space to step into your authenticity. Mixed Modality Exploration

Throughout the 3 months, we will explore a myriad of modalities to anchor your transformation and support you beyond the sacred container. We will discuss and practice modalities such as embodied movement, guided journaling, chakra energy work, dancing, singing, ecotherapy and more to enhance your experience and support your transformation.
