Agenda.

We are open every day. During weekdays we offer two movement sessions a day. One in the morning and one late in the afternoon.

Aside of our daily movement sessions we offer Open Studio Sessions during the rest of the day for solo training.

At Saturday we have a 2-hour movement session late in the morning and two Open Studio Sessions before and after. On regular Sundays weโ€™re open from 9:00-16:00 for solo training.

Summer Schedule.

Please note that we are currently operating on a summer schedule until the end of August. This means our class offerings are slightly reduced compared to usual. Be sure to check the schedule carefully and book in advance to secure your spot.
