Yes, I’ve been doing coaching for over 15 years, and yet I am not aligned with the word “coach” for my work.
It’s so limiting to say I’m “coaching you” when we work at much deeper and transformative levels.
I’m not here to tell you who you are or what to do- I don’t own your truth.
Instead- I am absolutely here to create a safe container for YOU to experience your full sovereign truth. For you to ignite you’re greatness. And to give you the tools so that you become you’re next-level self!
And if you want a label.. I am a soul strategist, a leadership activator, an impact entrepreneur and a wife, momma and artist.
I have created an intentional life for myself that I ABSOLUTELY love, and I want the same for you!

The Business Background…
Valentina Roldan is a social entrepreneur, visual and movement artist, and a quantum transpersonal coach. Valentina received her formal business education at Bentley University and graduated with a degree in Managerial Economics, after which she returned to her home in Ecuador to support her family’s flower farm business, Roses & Roses, which at the time was one of only a few Fair Trade flower farms in the world. As CEO of Roses & Roses, she focused her efforts on increasing the wellbeing of the farm’s employees--almost 500 farmers, the majority of whom were indigenous women. In addition to bringing in health practitioners to increase access to medical services, Valentina worked diligently to increase access to nutritious and indigenous foods, provided educational opportunities through skills-based classes, and sought to encourage employees to outgrow their current role at the farm through microloans and other small business support.
Valentina has also served as a sales manager for Google Nubis Partner, and as Founder and CEO of BeMyRose, an e-commerce platform for flowers designed to enable flower farmers to sell directly to customers. Due to her extensive experience in the flower industry, she was selected as the youngest woman to serve as an industry representative to Fairtrade International. Valentina has remained passionate about supporting indigenous communities in South America, and has worked on various projects from an e-commerce platform for indigenous craftspeople to collaborating with an Aymara Shaman from the South Andres to support food sovereignty in communities in the Lago San Pablo region of Ecuador.
Valentina is a Senior Advisor at JumpScale where she supports investors and philanthropies to improve their impact and financial wellbeing of their portfolios. Serves as an expert practitioner and consultant on JumpScale engagements.

The Depth Path…
In addition to her business education and experience, Valentina has a wealth of educational background in transpersonal psychology and coaching, NLP, primal dance, and quantum embodiment. She is also a Yoga Teacher (YTT-200h) and an Ayurvedic consultant. She has served others as a coach for nearly 15 years, and integrates her formal education, entrepreneurial experience, and artistic training into her coaching work as a soul strategist.
Valentina has developed an exponential embodiment system to work with 1:1 leaders who are ready to boldly level-up their life and business. She focuses her work in the integration and activation of every area of life to create multidimensional success and unity.
Currently, she runs powerful Master(Hearts) as safe containers for women to connect, heal, and radically grow into their thriving fullness. Valentina has run masterminds and women circles for many years, and combines this unique framework in a powerful container for women to rise and serve their highest purpose and contribute at a global impact. Valentina’s work integrates the gifts the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies, to help women to unlock their quantum power and lead in the direction of huge transformation in every area of their lives.
Valentina is also an artist, and works through the mediums of painting, photography, and dance. Art and healing through movement are central to Valentina’s approach to coaching and business, and to reconnect to deeper levels of our bodies. Valentina can often be found spending time with her husband and son in upstate New York or Ecuador.
