AYLLU WARA- comes from the Aymara language, spoken by a pre-Incan indigenous tribe of the Andes. I had the pleasure to be mentored by one of their powerful shamans who taught me this word: Ayllu Wara. It translates to moonlodge or the house of the Grandmother Moon. But what it truly meant to them is: the womb's heart where the infinite feminine wisdom resides.

This wisdom can only be accessed by a pure heart, one that wants to use it to serve a higher purpose. For those who are always giving, building, holding, sustaining, and are drained out of their highest joy. How this came to life-

I am a strong and intelligent woman. And it took me many years to be able to own that identity--I was afraid I might scare other women, potential partners, or even my family by being smart, outspoken, beautiful, sassy, wealthy, too loving, or by having strong opinions and standing for what I believed. I hid it for so long that it became an illness that my body was bringing to awareness. It was a long healing journey to get to a place of self-acceptance and self-love so that I could own who I am, all of it. Only then I could be healthy, happy and serve the world in the most authentic and expansive way.

We all want to be loved and accepted for who we are, but to get there, we have to love and accept ourselves first. And yet, simply stating “I love myself” is not enough: we have to do the deep, sometimes difficult, inner work of seeing ourselves with honesty and vulnerability. We must embrace our shadows, ask ourselves the hard questions,  forgive that which is difficult to let go, sometimes even apologize with humbleness, and then look deeper within. There is no fast route to true self-love--but it can be quantum leaped if you’re in the right container.

This is NOT...

A place where I’m going to tell you who you are. It’s not about me asking you to advocate your authority yet to something else. It’s not a place to come victimize, to feel sorry for yourself  and stay in your story. This is a robust container to experience the fullness of a woman. It will require growth. It will require vulnerability and openness. It will require you to show up fully and committed. 

I will love you in all the process. I will see you in your true light. And I won’t let you play anything short of that. 

I LOOOVE working with women who are ready to bloom, it is my divine assignment and my gift to see your true self and help you bring it to life. I will ask the hard questions, and hold space for the difficult answers. I will warmly and compassionately witness your unfolding journey while you’re held by the wombs of other soul sisters.
