AYLLU WARA is derived from the Aymara language, spoken by a pre-Incan indigenous tribe of the Andes.
I came across this beautiful word while experiencing one of the greatest honors of my life as I was being mentored by a powerful shaman.
It translates to moonlodge, or the house of the Grandmother Moon.

Why is it called Ayllu Wara Master(Heart)?
Ayllu Wara or moonlodge can be found in many indigenous cultures around the world. It’s a place where women honor the moon time - the depth of relationships, wisdom, and intuition. It is believed that women carry the moon in their wombs, giving them the capacity to access the inner wisdom and emotional intelligence that is specific to a woman.
It is a Master(Heart) and not just a Mastermind because we lead through the heart center, letting our mind rest for a bit and allowing us to connect to the higher call. Ayllu Wara Master(Heart) honors the wisdom of our indigenous ancestors and the power created when women come together and honor their connection to the earth. As well as the power and strategy of the westerm systems (as a mastermind) to help create the right combination for sustainable success.
What is the structure of a mastermind group call?
I love to flow, and I’m also very structured- so this is too. There is a specific plan for each module, and sometimes an energy will require some longer time to be attended to.
We always start with a few minutes of centering exercises, informal catching up (capped at about ten minutes), then give five minute updates on where we are with our individual goals from the previous session. From there, we take a deep-dive into a specific topic we’re reviewing. We then open up the space for a member who is experiencing challenges in their breakthrough and offer up actionable solutions. This step lasts for twenty to thirty minutes.
Also, some may be extroverts who usually process their emotions through sharing and they can investigate all corners of their minds without much awareness of how much time they’ve taken. While there are other people who feel very shy about opening and need some space. There is no rigidity around this, but I do encourage a space for each person to explore themselves. I like to honor and meet each person where they are while also having some time guidelines.
Are there any other times available to join the mastermind?
The meetings are usually during business days, in a set schedule that I plan many months ahead of time because I have a busy schedule myself. If you want to join this Masterheart Program and find that the schedule doesn’t work for you, try applying for my Saturday morning meetup offered sometimes in the fall. I rarely have an open spot for the Saturday Mastermind Group, but I will let you know when one opens.
Is there a limit to how many members can join the group?
Yes, I keep my Master(Heart) groups very limited, making sure that we have the time to get to know each other deeply and do the work.
What’s the criteria for evaluating new members?
I only work with women leaders who are committed to their higher growth, to living an intentional life and who are ready to show up for themselves and for this sacred space. There is an online application to see if the person is even a candidate, and if we share a common space to work together. I then have a call with each individual before adding them to the group. Finally, I trust my intuition and the Universe in bringing the right people together.
Who is this for?
I serve women leaders who want it all, and are willing to do what it takes to become that. For women who are ready to invest in themselves, who are willing to show up fully and ready for every session, who will put in the work to make this transformation. I say it bluntly, because I want to make sure that the woman that will be joining me is very clear on the expectations. I don’t judge your story, but ask that you come to the group enthusiastic and ready to participate.
This is for women entrepreneurs, or successful in their careers, who already have a solid income (250K+ annually) and want to level up their lives in all other areas.
As I say it often- bring me yourself, all of you, authentically, vulnerably, hardened by life, or expanding with it. I will hold a loving space, and I will push you to listen beyond the story so you can live your highest self.
Who is this not for?
I don’t accept any victim-players, passive-aggressives, holding to their stories, excuse makers, disrespectful participants.
This is a space only for women.
What if I can’t make it to a previously scheduled Mastermind Meeting?
I do ask for a strong commitment from each participant to show up to each of the calls ready with their full selves because your presence really matters! However, life happens, and we understand sometimes we can’t make it to the call. If you can’t meet at a previously scheduled time, we probably will have to miss you on that call. Because of the privacy of the participants in this high level MasterHeart, I don’t share the recordings of the calls.
