What Is The Difference Between Therapy & Coaching?
The difference between therapy & coaching is that therapy is a medical treatment used to cure or manage a medical diagnosis & Coaching is a self-improvement process aimed towards reaching a specific goal.
Transformation & Manifestation Coaching (TMC) is a coaching process that includes a deep exploration of yourself and your relationships. While doing this work can be very transformative and supportive, it can also exacerbate certain conditions...such as active addictions, domestic violence, self-harm, and certain types of mental illness.
If there is a therapeutic issue present, in some cases, coaching can be done alongside therapy and/or medical treatment. In other cases it is suggested that you focus on therapeutic support prior to doing any coaching (such as therapy, medical treatment, addiction treatment, violence treatment, etc. before doing any coaching).

Is Online Coaching Effective?
After 16-years of working with clients both in-person and online, I have found online work to be as effective, if not more so, than in-person work.
Here are the reasons I prefer Online Coaching
1) You can work with me, no matter where you live.
2) It's easier to dive right into the work.
3) It is convenient. You do not need to travel, or pay the resources to travel to see me.
4) Online coaching requires you to create a space for doing transformation and manifestation work in your own home environment, rather than leaning on the space I've created. This may include creating a space that is private, free from distraction, clean, and inspiring.

What If I Want To Do Couples Coaching & My Partner Doesn't Want To Join Me?
If you want to do Couple's Coaching and your partner is not ready, or does not want to join, I would suggest starting with Individual coaching. In individual coaching we will look at what you want to create in your life, including in your primary relationship. From here we will work on what you can do, from your side, to create what you want.
If your partner decides they want to join at any time during the coaching process, we will discuss ways to transition into couple's work.
Do You Offer In-Person Coaching?
I do all of my sessions with clients online (via Zoom). There are two situations under which I offer in-person work.
One is if you want to do an In-person Coaching intensive. If you are interested in that, please mention it in the consultation and I will discuss the in-person, coaching intensive options with you.
