As a young man I suffered greatly from social anxiety, depression and felt like I was drowning in my own insecurity. I did my best to cover it all up and pretend like I was OK, constantly on edge and afraid I would be found out for the fraud I felt I was. There were times when things got so intense that I contemplated suicide.

Through this desperation I turned my eyes inward, looking for some salvation and found my inner world. This turned into a meditation practice that saved my life, which in turn led me to the most magical path in life, full of joy and presence, expansions, gratitude and fulfillment. Over the course of the last 30 something years I have had a daily spiritual practice and I have made it my personal mission to study, try out and practice different methods, modalities and traditions to unlock the mysteries of my spirit, mind and body. Not just for my own benefit, but also so I can share these tools with the world. Especially those who are struggling with mental health and depression.

Now, over 30 years later, I have created and I’m very excited to share The Tantra of Life Method: a potent and powerful practice to quickly awaken our inner power and shift our life’s trajectory.
