Antonio & Ursula are proud owners of a boutique inspired real estate brokerage, located in the heart of Atlanta. The firm was founded Summer of 2021 as a coaching & training platform to support the vision and mission Ursula had already set in motion with the creation of the A2A program. The firm transitioned to a full-service real estate firm June of 2022 after obtaining the Ga Broker License. The firm represents exclusively and nonexclusively buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. They believe that luxury is the experience, not solely the price point. While the firm’s focus is centered on its clients, Antonio & Ursula still have a mission to educate and coach as many agents they can reach. The goal is to equip new real estate professionals with the foundational elements they require to be successful in this business. Consequently, it helps to produce competent agents industry wide, making co-oping experiences positive.
Antonio Ball
Antonio has been in real estate 7 years and has serviced clients across Metro Atlanta. It’s been his priority to meet every client where they are across all price points to ensure their real estate goals are met. He hopes to continue utilizing his skills and knowledge to help lead the Firm’s Advisor Partners and clients in accomplishing their goals.
Ursula Huffman
A rare find, Ursula Huffman is a true GA peach. She is a GA native, born in Decatur, GA and has spent her entire life residing around Metro Atlanta. Ursula is a graduate of Georgia State University where she received her BBA in Managerial Sciences with a concentration in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship. She also obtained her MAT from Mercer University. Her academic achievements coupled with her keen business sense and first-hand, intimate knowledge of the GA cities have allowed her to flourish in the Metro Atlanta real estate market.
With 8 years under her belt, Ursula has proven she is a force to be reckoned with. She has been awarded the honor of being within the top 5% of Producing Agents in Metro Atlanta, also being representative of an elite group of the Multi-Million Dollar Producing Agents in gross sales. October 2021, Ursula earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. Ursula’s ability to successfully manage transactions from commencement to settlement day has earned her a reputation as one of the most hardworking, authentic, trustworthy, and admired agents in the Atlanta real estate market. You can be assured that she is devoted to serving her clients’ needs around the clock.
