Patrick Ryan is an internationally recognized life coach, guide, hypnotherapist, entrepreneur and founder of Salt Spring Spirals. Patrick has a substantial background and a natural skill in coaching others and guiding them towards the insights and breakthroughs needed to help get themselves onto a path of healing, recovery and self-betterment.
Working closely with his clients both in person and virtually, Patrick is able to draw from his own experiences and expertise to assist others in achieving their goals. Patrick uses means such as life coaching, hypnotherapy, past-life regression, spirit animals, dream paths and life purpose to resonate with his clients.
Patrick truly has a passion for helping others on their journey towards realizing their full potential. Over the years Patrick has travelled the globe, presenting his work across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. An active volunteer, Patrick uses his skills and talent to help those in need. Patrick is an advocate for restorative justice and in the past has lent his skills towards rehabilitating inmates at California’s San Quentin Prison by guiding them towards living a life full of meaning and purpose.

I found out about Patrick's work through Youtube as a colleague left a review for one of his programs. When I saw his videos I got the sense that he is very calm, wise and authentic and I thought he may be able to help me with a deep fear I was struggling with. I was pleased to learn that he can also work with people remotely. I didn't realize the fear was just a symptom of what was going on in my life and that some parts of my life were really out of balance. We discovered this through working with the Enneagram, which Patrick is also an expert in. Our conversations reawakened parts of myself that had been long dormant. I now have a renewed sense of joy, possibility and purpose and I can’t wait to discover what’s next! Patrick's approach is organic and holistic, drawing from his deep sense of intuition and many wisdom traditions and teachings. I highly recommend Patrick for anyone who is serious about creating positive change in their life!

Patrick is a very advanced being with lots of wisdom and knowledge to share. I saw him for a weight loss hypnosis program, and for regression therapy. Even though the full effects of the weight loss program will take time to come to full fruition, I have noticed many benefits and changes in my life already. I have had one regression therapy session with Patrick to date, and it was very powerful and insightful. I also recommend his book awakened wisdom as it has helped me to see myself and my interaction with life in a completely different light. I would definitely work with Patrick again in the future.
Patrick and his hypnotherapy has been a tremendous benefit to both my personal growth and the growth of my business. Through hypnosis, Patrick was able to guide me into my own subconscious in order to clarify my goals and work through some of my blockades. I didn't really know what to expect and was a bit skeptical as this was my first time being hypnotized. However, I felt in control at all times and actually really enjoyed the process. Is my duty as a Personal trainer and wellness professional to recommend the work of Patrick to family and friends, at just my first session with the group , I can see how all the topics treated can relate to all of us, this with the intention of creating awareness to develop skills and action plans to improve in all aspects of our inner personal and professional growth . I'm thankful for this experience, and for what is about to come.
