Coaching Through High Conflict
The insidious and powerful nature of high conflict leaves those that experience it feeling alone, desperate and utterly broken. It is difficult to fully comprehend the impact that conflict can have on you. I am here to support you positively and proactively through a major life change.
In situations such as divorce, it is likely that your coping strategies will be pushed to their limit. You could easily feel helpless, lonely and overwhelmed. Our sessions can be regularly scheduled opportunities for us to look at where you are now, how you can move forward and take a deeper look at where you want to be. I am also available for those dark times when you have nobody to talk to and you need support.
Our emotions do not run like a clock. I will make time to talk to you when things just get too difficult to cope with on your own. I am an NLP Master Practitioner and certified life coach. This means that my own life experience is linked with positive psychology and empowering coaching. I will bring out your strengths and cognitive abilities.
