Now is the time for high achievers to recognize they are moving too fast, and need to turn inward, and create their own tool-box to cope with daily overwhelm to create a balanced and sustainable life, and I am passionate to share this with them.

  • Instead, I believe happy, healthy living is about putting back the balance, relaxation and laughter into your life, so you can feel wonderful everyday. That’s why I’m passionate about inspiring everyday people (like you!),  feel healthier, happier and more positive, by guiding them to create their own journey to optimal health.
  • I love helping corporate teams suffering from the typical executive life that is demanding and energy draining , high level of stress, sleep deprived and unable to switch off in my Corporate Yoga and Wellness programs to create Happier, Healthier and more Productive Teams.

International Women's Day at Cisco Systems

  • Heidi shared her tips for happiness habits, positive mindset, goal setting, and affirmations and ended with a self-love meditation.
  • Only by learning to love yourself will you be able to build a better YOU, a new and improved 2.0 version—this was the focal point of this workshop. By coming up and dealing with changes that will improve your quality of life, you’ll learn that happiness is, in fact, a choice. These changes, no matter how small they are, can develop into happiness habits.
  • Know more about affirmations, answer important reflective questions, and take the first step in realizing your own happiness with this workshop.

4th National Public Sector EA PA Summit

  • Heidi presented at the 4th National Public Sector EA PA Summit which was held at The Westin, Sydney on Corporate Yoga and Wellness.
  • This interactive workshop introduced her Executive Zen program that includes simple Yoga and Wellness techniques that you can do in your office (no mat or yoga pants required).
  • Incorporating chair yoga, breathing exercises, short and effective meditation techniques and wellbeing tips to use throughout the day, this workshop will reduce tension, stress and anxiety while improving mental alertness, decision making, productivity and energy levels.
